he has Successfully Leased Vashi Mall 50% to Brands like Lifestyle, Zara, M&S, Bestseller Brands which includes LOI, Property Due Diligence, Agreement, etc. he has handled Commercial assets Leasing in Mumbai.
He further joined to “Carnival Group –Cinema Division” for Cinema theatre Expansion, especially for Tier 2, 3, 4 towns of India taking Retail-Plex model under Investor based Model and signed successfully 250+ Screens Across India including Metro cities. These 250+ screens include Flagship Stores, regular Stores, Budget Model and O&M Model also out of which 20+ screens were launched successfully with the team of 8 Regional Managers with him.
He has been Promoted to “Carnival Realty” Division, taking Mini Mall Concept in these Tier 2-3-4 towns Pan India Level alongwith assisting for Acquisition of Malls in Metro cities also.
I have been given additional responsibility of Mall Leasing since 1 year. Successfully leased with Neighbourhood formats in Kochi, Kolkata, Jabalpur, Bhagalpur., Ratlam, etc. and handled 2 operational Centres in Kochi and Singruali.
